2011 Jamie McMurray Carolina Big Bass Classic

The 2011 Oakley Big Bass Tour campaign arrives at Lake Norman on April 30th and May 1st for the Jamie McMurray Carolina Big Bass Classic. Based at Queens Landing, this open big bass tournament will offer amateur anglers the chance to compete for thousands in cash and prizes during the two day event. The angler with the largest overall big bass of the tournament will take home a $33,000 2011 Nitro Z8 powered by a Mercury 200HP motor.
The Jamie McMurray Carolina Big Bass Classic will be open to amateur anglers only. There will be seven hourly weigh-ins each day with thousands in hourly cash payouts and the overall largest fish of the event will earn the winner a fully rigged 2011 Nitro Z8 powered by Mercury. The first 100 two day entrants to register online will receive a custom Oakley rod from Quantum. Anglers may pre-register for online at www.oakleybigbass.com Anglers may also register by phone, fax or mail. Additionally, an on-site exclusive event dinner with Jamie McMurray will be held for early online registrants at Bass Pro Shops on Wednesday, April 27th from 5pm-7pm. The final on-site registration will be held at Bass Pro Shops in Concord on Friday, April 29th from 11am-7pm. Anglers may pick up registration forms at Bass Pro Shops, Foothills Marine and Queens Landing.
Oakley’s Rolling O Lab will be onsite at Bass Pro Shops in Concord for registration. There will be complimentary food and drink on Wednesday for the special meet and greet with Jamie McMurray and again on Friday’s registration day at Bass Pro Shops. Saturday and Sunday’s weigh-ins will take place at the Toyota Tundra Stage at Queens Landing. The public is welcome at the live weigh-ins from 8am-3pm on Saturday and Sunday and after the weigh-ins there will be angler and attendee hospitality activities from 3-5pm each day.
